Other people may be also be classed as experts on application. And yes, only these groups can reply. The idea being to a) elevate expert opinion, and b) keep the discussion very focussed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyone can press &amp;lsquo;tangent&amp;rsquo; in an expert forum thread which will start a new thread in the associated discussion forum which is open to all.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
