I have even using EzyVet for the past 5 - 6 months. It is from the US so might not be what you are talking about.

It is the only PMS that I have ever used (and I have used a lot), that I have actively disliked using from the start and have continued to dislike using even after several months. Other PMS have their pros and cons, but essentially do an acceptable job, but Exyvet is unintuitive, and doesn’t seem to do the basic things you want a PMS to do, but does all these other things that you don’t really need. It is extremely difficult to follow clinical records - it doesn’t list them in chronological order!

Maybe we are using it wrongly, but I am not impressed at all.

Very confusing to have all these Ezyvet systems.

We use Ezvetpro. It is boring, uninventive and I believe expensive (I would say that as I pay the bills!). It is very expensive per computer rather than per user at any one time.

What it is though is rock solid and reliable.

This is what really counts IMO!

We used Ezvetpro from Ezofficesystems, but it was a few years ago now. It was a brilliant system, intuitive, good value, excellent support and did everything we wanted (and far more). Best system ever!

Nah, the more I get used to our PMS the more I realise how much it makes life more difficult!

Locums are often a good source of information as they get the opportunity of using many different systems. That's how we came to use EZvet - which has served us well for several years now. I suppose once you have become familiar with a particular system there is a reluctance to change to something different.

Which one are you looking at. I believe there are 3 ezyvet with slightly different formatting.

I would say NO We had it for years and asked management not to renew it . I personally found it unintuitive cumbersome difficult to navigate and hard for new vets to pick up . System we have now a dream in comparison.
