It is a lucky person who hasn't struggled with their mental health at some point. As you said, it is so important to understand that it is not a weakness or personality flaw. People become unwell for many different reasons, but these days there is so much more understanding and help available. But seeking it out can be the hardest step. It is great to hear that Vet-life went to extra lengths to make sure you was, and continue to be, able to face your demons.

Speaking personally, it is lovely to have met you online and I do hope that one day we may chat over a drink after a cycle ride.
