It’s not so much telemedicine I’m interested in video consults not that much use in animals it’s just some enhanced & easy way of clients contacting / interacting with practice in a longer term ‘new normal’ situation.

We used this a bit when it first came out, think it was developed by Zoetis? Quite hit and miss back then and we eventually gave up as didn't get much uptake. May have improved since then

We use Viivi Health, not vet specific but it is integrated in our PMS and we can book calls as normal appointments and has a dedicated app. We didn't really have many wanting them though, everyone seems to want phone calls and sending videos and photos by email.

Some of our hospitals are using Linkello and reported good results so far. It's not a vet specific one, but very user friendly.
