Once the crisis is over, normal protocols should resume. I have no doubt certain groups will take this as an opportunity to take advantage.&nbsp;</p> <p>I accept there must be some allowance made in these wierd times but plenty of very good practices are going to be placed under almost intolerable strain. What we must do is keep an Under Care relationship, even if that needs to be modified slightly to allow for currently unregistered animals which need care and will need to be examined in the future rather than having already been examined. I agree that there are some (limited) cases where video or phone consults are entirely appropriate.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
