Heather, you've made my morning! Thank you Tell you what, it is still frenetic behind the scenes getting various things fixed, a lot of which you would not necessarily notice unless you tried something very specific. Like we had a problem with new registrations, and jobs were not being displayed in correct geographical order ... all of which are the sorts of things that give me palpitations but which won't be obvious to everyone!

Still have some tweakage to do there, but the main thing is that we’ve moved poster details to make much better use of the available space, and inline replies make it much easier to reply ... you no longer have to navigate to a separate page. Oh and the main site navigation makes it much easier to navigate round the site (and that’s even before I’ve started consolidating the navigation).

Tomorrow I am going to try and get the first expert help forum working and will need everyone’s help testing.

What does everyone think of the way we now show university and year of qual (and post nominals)?

I think it really adds something to see at a glance how long someone has been in the game, so to speak (rather than on the game, I should say).

I think we need to tweak the postnominals so it displays highest level of qual first. So if you are a specialist, you see that instead of MRCVS.

If you are not already displaying your university, year of qual and postnominals, please go to your profile and add it.
