&lt;p&gt;They will be contacting the person involved directly to make it very clear what is allowed and what is not.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It has also been suggested that Trading Standards and Advertising Standards are appropriate ports of call next.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Clearly the RCVS are interested in this sort of situation and are willing to act so others finding these fantasist &amp;#39;pseudovets&amp;#39; should bring them to the attention of the College.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;One of them had a website called veterinary laboratory.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Others make a bit of money, employ a foreign vet and start doing elective caesarians for 450 quid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Smartchip are actually smart. They sell those courses to all sorts of ignorants and fill their pockets.
