That smiley face is a beaming smile no?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Get the opportunity to explore Chernobyl, capture and release using darting rather than hessian sacks that I&amp;#39;ve experienced in India. Tourism companies charge vast amounts to go visit and explore the site, I&amp;#39;d imagine doing it this way would be much cheaper. Must be a fascinating place.&lt;/p&gt;
