I’d like to run a quick straw pole to see how everyone is wading their way through this passport clusterfuck.
Am I the only one who gets more confused with each APHA update?

As for the poll, so far pretty much b) but telling owners currently that hopefully in a month when the blood test would be due we might know more (but that may be overly optimistic given the way things are going).

RE: Pet Passport straw pole

We ahd someone today moving abck to Poland on June 22nd. We've given the rabies vacc but holding off on issuing paperwork until we know which paperwork we need.

RE: Pet Passport straw pole

No cost, arrived in about 48hrs, if they aren't needed they will be a lovely Brexit souvenir for years to come

RE: Pet Passport straw pole

I rang AHPA Carlisle today to clarify a few points about the AHCs.

They have not got a clue!

Q) how much will the forms cost me to order?

A).....er...I think there is no charge.....

Q) how long will they take to arrive once ordered?

A) ......er.....5,6,7,10 days......

Q) it states in the online “ help” section that a Rabies blood test should be attached to the form ” if applicable” ... will it be applicable in all cases?

A) ..... er...maybe.....

But the lady I spoke to at the Carlise office did have a very lovely Carlisly accent: as a Southerner I understood almost everything she said.
