I don't know anyone who admits to voting at all. Everyone is so embarrassed that we are being governed in the way we are.

We got what we voted for in the last general election. No majority for anyone or anything.

The whole process makes me cringe and I wish the whole thing would just go away!

That you agree with the reunification of the island of Ireland doesn't make you an IRA sympathiser. Equally you can be Eurosceptic and disagree with violence. We must be careful with stereotyping because it was stereotyping itself what brought the xenophobic vein to the referendum.

I am fed up enough with: "it's not you who I'm bothered about, it's the other immigrants that I don't know". But the fact is, each immigrant is known by someone.

I'm sure there are xenophobic people who voted remain, I would agree however that given the way the campaigns were run, it would be more likely to find a xenophobic person in the leave camp. Particularly if you follow pages like 'leave.eu' or the JRM Facebook group.

Parliament is sovereign.

Referendums are not binding in this country because of it. Both major parties did not behave correctly by taking the decision on themselves of promising they would implement the result before consulting this with the house.

I gave the debate a miss because I could see little is going to change views.

I find the whole thing embarrassing. The mother of parliaments unable to decide whether to have the pasta or a steak.

Two leaders I would not vote for. Two party's ignoring the realities of the world.

Ms May has been a screw up from the minute she became PM. Every decision has undermined the UK bargaining position. Strong and stable government my ar+se!

Corbyn The Unelectable in opposition so we have no sensible alternative.

Too many shot feet to count.

Perhaps next election a protest vote for The Greens may be in order, at least it can do little harm there.
