Thought about it but they are a great advert for our business and they insist on KC vacc which we include in our annual vaccs allready so hopefully mutual back scratching.

Off tangent , but out of interest are you charging the client anything for agreeing to be her registered vet for her council licence?

for parvo/lepto i totally agree with you and my staff are great but kennel cough? there is no differentiation in the wording.

sorry but your staff should be knowledgeable and experienced in barrier nursing. If they can't, then you don't have an isolation kennel.

We were asked to sign a bit of paper to say we had isolation facilities, but it doesn't mean they're at any particular person's disposal whenever they decide they want to use them.

Sounds like a box-ticking exercise only, meaningless in real world terms.
