Burtons sell one for ultrasound/xray positioning
That's it. But I got a set of two, one like this and one a bit smaller, good for cats and terriers.

The cover zips off (but I don't know why you would want to) and there are velcro securing straps which we never use.

Edited later:

Ah. It seems that Eickemeyer have them now. In no less than three sizes. Check 'em out under "ultrasound."

What a pity. I don't like that firm.
Do what our nurses do for our sandbags - wrap in thick plastic ( cremation bags work well) and presto, wipe clean and cheap to redo, soft and durable!

RE: Surgical cradles
You can get foam cut to any shape or size commercially, I've just had a mattress made for my camper van.

https://www.easyfoam.co.uk/Sodd.php

E.g. A quick and ready quote from these would be about £30 a cradle.

I'd be interested in these too. If EBH could send measurements of a diagram and enough people were interested (I would be) the price would come down.

Redmark ones are good and I prefer the shape to the ones from Eickermeyer/JAK. Our fibreglass cradle is probably stronger (but not radiolucent) but they've lasted 12yrs+
