Hi Cat I’ve sent you a gaffer taped parcel with two signed copies. It would be great if Vetlife could get a mention in the post too. Book is £18 on Blackwells today. Thanks everyone who has bought a copy and for being so supportive. Just made a short advertising video with Nelly the Labrador who looks totally baffled as dogs so often are by us humans.

Nah - too late now! she's just finished first year and passed all exams with distinctions and flying colours.

Seriously, I did try to dissuade her from Veterinary before she applied. Rightly or wrongly.

[/quote] Thanks Jill , I really hope so. I’ve tried to be as open about the reality of practice as possible and to make it readable and humorous in parts so that it isn’t a dusty tome that never gets read. There are cartoons too, not by me , and some photos for light relief.
