The rollers run up and down your back and legs, it's very relaxing. Look on the website for full details. These are demonstrated at all the big horse events like HOYS, Badminton, Olympia etc as they are great

RE: Mobiliser by Back in Action
Better delete the post then! Can we debate if you can stretch the muscles and ligaments associated with the your vertebrae, then?! Isn't a stretch what you do every morning? I don't think the Mobi is claiming to do anything magical...
Nah don't delete it, its just becoming an interesting debate. Its the term 'stretching the spine' I don't like. I don't think you can stretch the ligaments, you can stretch the muscle fibers and tendons but its an active stretch not a passive one and it it is multiple planes neither of which your machine can't achieve. To my mind its no better than vibrating pads people attach to their backs or stand on vibrating plates.

RE: Mobiliser by Back in Action

Better delete the post then!
I'm lucky, I've never suffered with back problems. I agree with Martin and do stretches and core strengthening exercises. if I want to relax after a tough day, nice hot bath and a glass of red.

RE: Mobiliser by Back in Action

Ha ha, they're about £3.25K new!
