And if so was it compounded/an animal Nilverm version or a human version?
The dose?
Was if effective?
If not what did anyone find effective for Brucellosis in humans

RE: Levamisole in human Brucellosis

not sure what levamizole would do? Used to have an immuno stimulation indication but as far as I know rifampicin and other very heavy duty antibiotics used for brucellosis for very long time periods

RE: Levamisole in human Brucellosis
don't quote me on this but goat's milk or milk when in Malta??
It is assumed I got it from jabbing myself with an S19 vaccine syringe.
Do you still get any relapses, sweats etc
Not that I could attribute to it. I had a couple of relapses in the first 12 months with the undulant fever but thankfully avoided the orchitis which the vet I saw practice with didn't - he had to have one ball removed.

The worst or best problem depending on your point of view was that I failed physiology in my second year and had to resit the whole year. It could have been the cause of my failure or, if as likely I failed because I didn't do enough work chasing girls, doing sports and drinking beer, it saved me being kicked out. Seriously though, in retrospect I realise that it affected my concentration and I had to have several weeks off.

RE: Levamisole in human Brucellosis

don't quote me on this but goat's milk or milk when in Malta??
PS How does a medic get it? Contaminated dairy products I assume.
