 So far I found this test but not sure if someone has better ideas or has come across other ways to do this.

You are potentially entering a world of pain regarding how people learn. There is a thread on this I think as I recall asking for resources regarding reflection. I&amp;#39;ve done a train the trainer course and found the work by Honey and Mumford on learning styles to be a pragmatic explanation that works well. It&amp;#39;s based on Jungian psychology, so it&amp;#39;s a bit iffy in parts. - just alike all education theory.&lt;/p&gt;
