They don&#39;t make their parts freely available so you are tied to their service engineers and they are expensive. If you get a good one they are great but I&#39;ve been in a practice where I was on first name terms with the engineer, and our neighbour has had similar trouble with her domestic one.</p> <p>Maybe not helpful but we buy Bosch ones for &pound;~250, fed from a header tank. Expect a year from them and some go on for 2 or 3+ years. Lots of shitty waterproofs from farm vets so they work hard. Local electrical shop will bring me a new one the same day so it&#39;s not an issue (It&#39;s &pound;130 to call the Meile guy out.....).</p> <p>I just can&#39;t justify paying &pound;1200+ for an industrial one.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
