Has anyone tried the veterinary ones offered by meile or electrolux?

They don't make their parts freely available so you are tied to their service engineers and they are expensive. If you get a good one they are great but I've been in a practice where I was on first name terms with the engineer, and our neighbour has had similar trouble with her domestic one.

Maybe not helpful but we buy Bosch ones for £~250, fed from a header tank. Expect a year from them and some go on for 2 or 3+ years. Lots of shitty waterproofs from farm vets so they work hard. Local electrical shop will bring me a new one the same day so it's not an issue (It's £130 to call the Meile guy out.....).

I just can't justify paying £1200+ for an industrial one.
