Apparently they made a mistake and have resubmitted the application. Must have been a heck of a mistake but will see what happens!

I have £1500pw for 12 wks, 4wks deferment for a sprightly £500 (and 9p change!) from Aviva via Wes Griffiths at JPM.

£750ish for £1200 54 weeks 4 week deferment

Used to be lloyd and whyte too, their customer service is 100% but the increases were getting too much.

[/quote]What is the actual premium, what are the benefits? I quit with mine a couple of years ago on the basis that if I was so ill I had to be off long enough to trigger the delay period and what I paid the locum was more than the premium for the couple of years I've not paid it, it was time for me to retire!!

For what its worth mine was with Dickinsons/VIA, the premium was about £1k/annum and the benefits £900/wk for 12 months with a 2 week delay but as said that was a couple of years ago.
