I have popped it back under ga, as well as conscious with a lubricated cotton bud, but after several days it pops out again.

&lt;p&gt;He seems fine so far, and the pouch has not prolapsed again since feeding a different diet without the very large pieces&lt;/p&gt;

If fresh, Normally replace and then a bob of glue on ventral half of hole seems to work if swelling/oedema not too severe.&lt;/p&gt;
