Having looked again at your previous reply, I went to watch it. I had questioned whether it was a worthwhile use of my time, but you convinced me.

Those obligers she describes, who try hard, discover nobody has noticed, then start to rebel. Those are some of Arlo’s bullying victims. From what you’ve described, you already have mechanisms in place to ensure you give your employees a good deal.

I get loads of CPD through work. Norwegian government post! I‘m still experiencing neurological problems as well as working to meet a short deadline for a book that will be published in May.

I need a bit of Clash of Clans now and then.

As a Questioner, you would - watch the video. There's an interesting Q&A part about tendencies and whether they are influenced by parenthood, nationality, profession and age.

Reflection on how this might be used to improve the practice and client compliance would legitimise CPD

Possibly. Though I admit, I did the quiz, then questioned whether it was likely to be of use, wondered whether it was really very different from other behaviour models I’ve read about, then went back to playing Clash of Clans.

I'm an Upholder and my veterinary colleague is also. Three nurses are Obligers.

My interest in this is not so much in the nomenclature, but how to change habits, change expectations in colleagues but more pertinently in clients to improve compliance for instance.

By the way, the video stream shows an interesting and pretty ruthless way of dealing with Rebel colleagues.....
