&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#39;t want people to be able to instantly communicate with me about work at any hour. I want to work hard when I&amp;#39;m at work, and as much as possible leave it behind when I go home. I don&amp;#39;t want it to become normal for people to be communicating with me about work at every hour of the day.
