You know what you expect from your nurses in a nurse consult so you can direct them accordingly and they will learn a lot more than from another nurse. Its what I do. I even let nurse work experience students shadow me in the consult room its far more interesting for them than just watching the nurses but then I assume that&amp;#39;s what everyone does.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
