Fenbendazole would be the drug of choice.</p> <p>Milbemycin is not licenced for treatment of clinical lungworm infection. [/quote] No they don&#39;t, I&#39;ve used Bravecto for Demodex, but you&#39;ve got to be pretty confident its going to work if you&#39;re going off licence treating a potentially fatal disease!
