People voted for Brexit for many reasons. The best reason to leave, as it turns out, is because of the behaviour of the EU bureaucracy!

Not everyone is a knuckle dragger and this attitude from disgruntled remainers just shows how petty and small minded many of them are.

The decision to have a referendum was not a good idea IMO, the campaigns were dreadful from both camps. The BBC made sure it had a fresh anti-Brexit item almost every day and the leavers pandered to the masses with dodgy statistics.

I have been disgusted with the behaviour of the likes of Juncker and the dirty tricks and bullying tactics which show a complete contempt for the United Kingdom.

If this is posturing then they have miscalculated badly. If it is what they are going to stick with then we could end up in the International Court of Justice. Lawyers will make a packet and everyone faces major damage.

And I would just add that the same would apply to the vast majority of remain voters.

Anyway, we are where we are. At least we can look forward to a 'thong and playful' government, or a 'wrong and fatal' one, or whatever it is.

I would consider voting Labour if they had credible leadership for their manifesto policy on allowing all EU members already here to stay. However as John McDonnell is my local MP there is no way I would want him re-elected, albeit it is a safe Labour seat so may vote Lib Dem in protest.

The Tories will also let EU members stay - they just want to make sure it is reciprocated with UK citizens being allowed to stay in EU countries.

Excruciating. Why on earth did she carry on blundering ? I find her difficult to listen to at the best of times , patronising slow delivery , dreadful, only surpassed by the overbearing SNP woman on any questions this week who made my ear drums spontaneously dissolve.

She was pretty unimpressive on Radio 4 this morning and did get a prominent position in the shadow cabinet when everyone else resigned!

I suspect she is inexperienced and poorly advised, neither a good idea for a Home Secretary.

It does not augur well for a Labour government nor a half decent opposition!

Crikey, that really is a car crash. Not sure if it really tells us she is incompetent, or whether it's just a good example of how, when put under pressure on live tv or radio, the brain has a tendency to turn left whilst the mouth turns right. Often the two never meet again.

Bet that interview will feature in media training courses of the future, as an example of why, if you don't know the answer, it's always better to say so.

Not really Frazer but more Corporal Jones 'don't panic!'!!

I stand by my belief that Ms May is a hard cookie and perfectly well equipped to deal with Eurocrats. I have concerns that she may have more issues with EU country leaders because there are so many of them and they will never agree when big decisions have to be made.

I don't think you can compare with Trump. He said a lot of controversial things. Diane Abbott clearly has no grasp of figures and just shows that Labour wouldn't have a clue about spending - and she is the Shadow Home Secretary, not just a backbencher!

Actually she had a bad interview on 'Today' this morning as well. I felt John Humphries was actually fairly gentle with her when she made it clear Corporation Tax changes (already spent on social care, schools and many other things!) was going to now fund more Policemen.

She is as unprepared as the Greens leader was last general election. She should not do interviews without having all the figures clearly to hand).

Not a Labour supporter but part of me would like to see the disaster Corbyn would be but only after I have exited the UK for pastures new!!!

I find her painful to listen to at the best of times. She strikes me as someone in a position way above her political experience.

Like Corbyn, someone quite genuine but not up to the job. A few years in a minor position to toughen up and learn and she might have made a formidable opponent! Corbyn is a pathetic leader and McDonell gives the appearance of pulling his strings!
