A couple of times. Once both born dead (and a bit of unpleasantness and trouble for the vet - not me, thankfully! - who had scanned on several occasions and missed the extra one every single time), the other time one decent healthy foal and one 'dummy foal' (NMS) that I euthanased at about a week old.

A friend has 2 lovely palomino 3 or 4 yrs olds , both v fit and strong.

Only once as a new grad. Pretty sickly pair but they did survive.

As a child a shire horse at the riding school in my grandparents village had live twins. I remember going to see them as being told how unusual it was.

Only seen one set as a vet and that was an abortion at about 8 months (not scanned before).
