We currently use Moneypenny but it is a costly exercise; the backroom staff also have become complacent and knowing that Monneypenny

RE: Telephone systems

We have lg IPECS with ip lines and 70/10MB internet through a local provider. Is great and reliable. Fair price. The internet also somehow realisea within 5 minutes if our phones/electricity/external cable die and autodivert to our on call phone.

Prior to this we had isdn through bt. I cannot emphasis enough how terrible bt were. Really, utterly dire. Bash your head off a wall repeatedly, if after 2 minutea it starts to feel like fun, sign uo to bt.

RE: Telephone systems

We have just had a Panasonic KX N570 installed. Sadly we have snails pace internet so VOIP was not recommended.

Does everything we ask and pretty much everything else we have not yet thought of!

Easily upgradable and there are cards that can be incorporated that do pretty much anything you want.

They set it up so calls go to the right number 24 hours a days, 365 days of the year. Already knows bank holidays!

Having been ripped off big time in the past I wanted the cost to be minimised. New unit, existing wiring and reconditioned phones (like new).
