BSAVA produces client information sheets and provides them as a membership benefit. However these are the copyright of BSAVA and members may print out, copy and distribute these forms to their clients only as part of their consultation. You can find these in the Resources section of the website. There are information sheets on medicines, behaviour, and exotics. There is a space in the top for you to put add your practice logo. What are the most common questions you and your staff are asked every day? I would start with them, and have a rolling list.
