Came as last appointment this evening because he&#39;s been off food last couple of days. Don&#39;t have more history, as I haven&#39;t examined the patient myself, it is a colleague&#39;s case. You/ your collegue could give barium to maybe get better picture of outlines and location. Also worth showing the &nbsp;xray to client and ask them if anything that shape went missing.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
