Came as last appointment this evening because he&amp;#39;s been off food last couple of days. Don&amp;#39;t have more history, as I haven&amp;#39;t examined the patient myself, it is a colleague&amp;#39;s case.

You/ your collegue could give barium to maybe get better picture of outlines and location. Also worth showing the &amp;nbsp;xray to client and ask them if anything that shape went missing.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
