You could ask clients to sponsor it or may be even the Pro-kolin people after all not every stress induced post rectal dump is a "Ghost". Every cloud has a silver lining.

If I read this correctly you have asked the leasing company/property owner for permission to put a dog waste bin on the surgery wall, not that they have demanded you do so as a condition of the continuation of the lease?

If so, I don't think its an unreasonable request albeit I doubt it would be enforced so rigidly but they've got to cater for the lowest common denominator. My interpretation is that they don't want it turning into festering cesspit full of flies. How often do you think it would be reasonable to empty and clean it?
