Basically they provide a number of example contracts for different ways of working as a vet (employed with or without OOH obligations, self employed with or without OOH, locum vets, full time or part time.

I think the BVA offers same.

Problem is that a number of employers will not accept the BVA example contract.

OK I downloaded Chrome and that worked to get the translation but I still didn't understand what they were talking about.
