In days gone by emails were blocked by certain words that I added to when spam got too much. Viagra was the key one!!

It is possible that anti-spam and anti-misuse software may be the issue. Fail to see what is wrong with a completely 'normal' part of the body!!!

RE: Insurance companies - they're having a laugh

Many many people in business Martin. If you run your business with invoices, they will always be paid at the last day or after some reminders. Nobody in business pays their bills immediately!

I knew from close by the local farm supply shop business, where the owner had to spend the majority of his evenings making social calls on his farmer customers trying to collect his money on average 3 months after purchases!

It was exactly these when we ran a business in Mozambique. Not only the local clients, but especially the foreigners and the so called aid organisations would NEVER pay on the day, they could not possibly carry cash around so you had to go around their offices trying to get a cheque which would take at least 6 weeks (and several visits and reminders) to be authorised by the various bosses. This was considered proper good financial management.

So I'll never feel "it's only me".
