I might add, at least we know who they are and they do have to offer themselves for election in the first place.

The rest of your posts do not deserve comment except to say the vitriol with which you speak is not worthy of an intelligent person. And are you trying to tell us that the exit campaign politicians are all honest to a fault? Dream on. If it were not so vital for me to vote on Thursday I would abstain in protest against to campaigning of both sides.

This really is the last word from me on this subject.

If they decided to hold a competition for UNtrustworthiness in Rio, he, Blair and Cameron would sweep the board. No point in any other nation bothering to enter.

It will be a real tragedy if people allow a natural horror at the action of one criminal to affect their voting intentions, resulting in Britain being dragged down to 3rd world standards in another generation.

Kinnock is hardly impartial. His parents have both been coining it in Brussels.

If he cared about his constituents, he'd campaign for leave, because we would then have the legal right to do the same as America, and impose import tariffs on Chinese steel, which would safeguard thousands of jobs in his own constituency.

It was yesterday's performance in the Commons with its mixture of mawkish sentimentality and shameless point scoring by the remain crowd (in particular Kinnock, why didn't he just come out and say it, 'It woz UKIP wot done it') that sickened me.

Can I remind people it was the Labour spin doctor Jo Moore who thought the massacre of 9/11 was, quote, " ... a very good day to get out anything we want to bury. Councillors' expenses?"

Undoubtedly many MPs will be genuinely upset, there will be many however who are straining every sinew to wring some advantage from this tragedy.

The closeness of the polls show that that it is not about two types of people but a very difficult decision for everyone voting and not helped by self interested loudmouths playing games with people's emotions and prejudices. Its the tribal nature of the discussions that is so sickening, human nature at its worst .

I shared a car with a friend who works for Orange (French company) His job involves extensive contact with many nations. He expressed deep sorrow as how the campaign had gone and how we would be perceived Internationally after this referendum. Many of his colleagues in France were deeply saddened by what we are doing. Similarly I cycled with a Frenchman who had made the trip to attend a festive event on Sunday, his face was tormented in what we are doing.

Even here I've been drawn into it but will forget and forgive far faster than others because I'm a liberal tree hugger.

Major damage is being wrought here. I believe it was a one off but I admit to thinking as many people will have done. 'Thank goodness it wasn't a non British National' There is hate everywhere but could anyone have predicted just how much?
