When I was working as a Locum in Tamworth we had a stray cat with a chip registered in Norway come in. Suspect stowaway in a lorry and had been missing for months.
That's impressive. Was the cat ever reunited with it owner?
Sadly not, they opted to offer it for rehoming rather than pay the cost of repatriation, they did make a donation to the Cat's Protection as a thank-you for some closure and taking her on. A lovely cat with an interesting story, she didn't stay with the CPL for long.

RE: Our contribution to Natonal Microchip month

We had a cat handed in who's chip was registered in Holland...

Though the owners had moved back to England with the cat and it had gone walkabout very quickly after arriving.

Does that count?

RE: Our contribution to Natonal Microchip month
