Sadly not, they opted to offer it for rehoming rather than pay the cost of repatriation, they did make a donation to the Cat's Protection as a thank-you for some closure and taking her on. A lovely cat with an interesting story, she didn't stay with the CPL for long.

We had a cat handed in who's chip was registered in Holland...

Though the owners had moved back to England with the cat and it had gone walkabout very quickly after arriving.

Does that count?

Our local Cats Protection picked one up a few weeks ago in East Kilbride that was from Torquay!
