IDS seems to be suggesting that Osbourne has 'arbitrarily' moved the goal posts on benfits cap and that people could suffer due to this.

He also said that the current situation has the potential to drift into a dangerous situation- andrew Marr called immorality and IDS didn't really agree.

Apparently, he's been uncomfortable for a while, but it seems he's been following ordered all this time

We can't spend money we haven't got. One of the wisest remarks ever made by any politician was when Margaret Thatcher stated that "Governments don't have any money............only what they take from people." Poor poor poor taxpayers have already been bled white, and simply haven't the money to give.

It's absolutely essential that £4billion is saved somewhere else, and not stolen from taxpayers.
