&lt;p&gt;Dexadreson and colvasone 2-3 days&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Used to be voren14 which lasted 14 days but not sure if it&amp;#39;s still around&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;All dex injections on the market can be given iv bug they tend to last only about 24h if given that route.&lt;/p&gt;
