It feels awful and it&#39;s really hard to do. A witness!</p> <p>You state what you saw, did and saw done. You do not give opinions unless you are to be considered an expert witness.</p> <p>It is up to the PIC/DC and any expert witnesses they (or the defence) call to decide if a vet is a liability or not!</p> <p>If specifically asked there are a number of ways of politely making your disapproval know. I would not have done it that way, I was concerned etc. but still to be done under the expert guidance of VDS.
