&lt;p&gt;Absolutely, there wasn&amp;#39;t even any firm evidence offered, it was all pure anecdote. One part that incensed me was at the start when the interviewer said something along the lines of &amp;quot;we&amp;#39;ve heard homeopathy can treat things like mastitis, but how is it at treating serious problems&amp;quot;! Because we all know mastitis is never serious - and who said homeopathy could be used to treat it anyway!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You&amp;#39;re right, people often don&amp;#39;t realise the difference. But even the so-called homeopathic versions of Arnica cram have loads of other ingredients which soothe and moisturise, have antiseptic properties etc... What I like to call &amp;#39;collateral benefit&amp;#39; &lt;img src="/emoticons/v2/Winking_smiley.gif" alt="Wink" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But ofcourse it&amp;#39;s the fact there is no Arnica in it which makes homeopathic Arnica cream so effective &lt;img src="/emoticons/v2/raised-eyebrow.gif" alt="Raised eyebrow" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
