&lt;p&gt;By coincidence we have our Christmas Jumper (!?!) staff meeting this evening; pizzas, Xmas photos and annual review and I have a H&amp;amp;S update to deliver...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This episode will be documented and the member of staff&amp;#39;s line manager will show her where in the printer manual the safety standards are, covering the CLass1 laser right through to safety of toner powder.&lt;/p&gt;

Tell her it&amp;#39;s fine in normal use, but the goggles must be worn at all times when opening flaps or draws to change the toner or add paper.&lt;/p&gt;
