Not sure about CPD points though

Yes, the photo of the probe in the haggis had a big 'censored' emblazoned across it, presumably to protect the dignity and patient confidentiality of the haggis involved.

RE: Surgery on Teddy
My favourite BVA 'scientific' paper was Hal Thompson's one for Burns' night some years ago, on the breeding of haggi for equal leg length.
oh no, the doctor used 'bear gas' before making his first inscison - obviously potent stuff as it kept Teddy on a surgical plane of anaesthesia throughout the procedure. I am now going to be imaging a similarly accented voiceover on the next surgery I do, I'm sure.

I used to 'operate' on my bunny (didn't have a teddy) because I used to punch him until his head came off or his eyes came out (clearly I had a very disturbed childhood - probably because I wasn't allowed a teddy) and my mother finally refused to sew them back on so I had to learn to sew myself, And even at the age of 6 I used to 'operate' on grapes with a razor blade and remove their 'appendix' (the seed) then sew up the skin again with fine cotton. Worst of all I put them back with the rest of the bunch!
