The 1st type doesn&amp;#39;t need any pages tearing out, and like Nikki says you just peel off the paper and stick it down. The 2nd type (which I&amp;#39;m currently using) does need the whole sticky-back plastic/cardboard page tearing out, peeling apart &amp;amp; sticking down on page 6. Otherwise it will laminate the wrong page. Hopefully reading this might help avoid other people getting confused. Good old DEFRA!&lt;/p&gt;

This was ambiguous as it could be take the whole thing should be in colour, however ET 139 now states just the signature and stamp should be in colour. I have never seen or heard of the EH141 (which looks like a powerpoint presenation) until yesterday when I found out I have been using the wrong colour pen forever. Waiting to see if MAFF/DEFRA/animals and plants want me to recall all the passports I have filled in to do again. There wouldn&amp;#39;t be enough passports to do it!&lt;/p&gt;

I plan to alternate stamp colours for aesthetic reasons only. Have a very nice purple stamp pad!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A well designed form does not require pages of explanatory notes. The PETS passport is very poor and requires more pages of notes than it actually contains. EH141 is probably the notes they emailed OV&amp;#39;s.&lt;/p&gt;
