Don't worry, the new job section dispenses with the geographic categorisation and instead uses geolocation to pinpoint job locations down to individual postcodes (and pin them to a map). It's much more sophisticated!

I thought that might be the case, but worth asking, I guess partnership prospects can just be added to the main body of the advert.

I wondered about that too. Thought they might normally be arranged direct with universities, but very happy to add.

No one with a scrap of sanity advertises for a partner (unless this is going to have a lonely hearts section).

Something like "partnership prospects for right candidate" can be put in the text.

Have you thought of 'training post' for interns/residents?

Could I make a plea for equine/small animal vet please? As we are not mixed practices as we don't do farm work, but it is a popular category of job, and therefore applicants look for it specifically. And I think there are quite a few equine/SA practices around. Hopefully it'll be up and running when we are looking for a maternity cover vet in the summer... Thanks.

And now we're working on the vetsurgeon.org upgrade, I'd like to ask what default job titles you would like to be able to advertise for.

Currently, the setup is:

Equine vet
Small animal vet
Large animal vet
Mixed animal vet
Practice Manager
Other

Keep it like that?

Or would it be helpful to be more specific about seniority (ie assistant / partner etc)?
