actually admin fee is added on to price worked out to cover vacs and flea / worm.

collection of direct debit approx. 1 pound per client with vetshare discount, I was quoted thousands per year to be able to take dd's in our own right as not a financial institution , so's are simple but less secure.as

Lloyd & Whyte; can't recommend I'm afraid. In fact would now think about just running them ourself - they all charge a high % of the ongoing payments, and even if they were super efficient, it still involves a fair amount of work on our part keeping on top of things.

we started with practice plan for vets in October but they have been bought out by denplan one of the uk largest dental plan providers, went with them mainly because got really good discounts through vetshare buying group. all relatively straight forward , they suggest pricing structure ( basically made up from cost of your vaccine, flea treatment and worming for year for dogs of different sizes , cats rabbits etc ) then you can tweak it and give any incentives to the client.

we don't get daily updates although not sure why you would want daily updates.

Payment is easy for the clients.
