We have used Citation for 2 years for H and S and employment law. Changed from Mentor (RBS) employment law as our experience was they were not commercially minded enough. Citation have been excellent, I had some mildly weak / irritating advice out of hours some months ago but called again the following day and spoke to a great barrister ( used to be a nurse in NHS), her attitude, advice and empathy was top notch.

Citation sort all the H and S including dreaded risk assessments etc. We have had no issues.

Like you we could do the stuff ourselves but like you we have neither the time or inclination.

Friends who have an equine practice also use them.
