Happy?

I have been trying to get one set up through Another Leading Provider and am getting very frustrated! Useless does not begin to describe them.

Re: PVA Health Plans

Our posters are generic I think (how many times I have seen them and I can't remember!) but our leaflets/information sheets are printed on A4 paper and are logo marked for us, but produced by PVA. May be they have changed things more recently. The direct debit forms are not practice specific, but I don't think that matters so much. They are very particular about signatures, start dates etc (as they should be) on the direct debit forms, so we get some back for corrections, but we have got better at ensuring they are thoroughly checked before sending.

Re: PVA Health Plans

We get the personalised leaflets etc sent as high quality pdf files. On to ebay to get them printed dirt cheap! I think personalisation is really important as it sends the message - it is our plan!

Re: PVA Health Plans

Thanks Joyce. As I understand it PVA use generic, non branded marketing materials - leaflets etc. Did you think this was an issue at all? I like the idea of branded materials but not sure if that is the be all and end all.

Re: PVA Health Plans

We use PVA and have done since we first set our health plans up about 4 or 5 years ago. Good support for set up, and ours are fairly compels as we have horse ones too. So far, all good. A few blips, but once we'd got a good email contact we have found things running smoothly. We simplified ours a little too after the first year which helps.

Re: PVA Health Plans

We have Practice Plan for Vets doing ours. I gather now part of the Denplan group. Was reasonably OK when we set it up. Not really had much in the way of dealings with them since the take over.

It is a faff to start with and we have simplified what goes on the plan to make it work better.
