A quick Google gives me 'Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM)' and 'Exercise Induced Collapse EIC'

I can't help with incidence rates though!

Have you tried contacting the Animal Health Trust? They offer the genetic test for CNM so may have some information on prevalence.
