You really don&amp;#39;t have to cover yourself in lycra and pull on a pair of cycling shorts to enjoy the  ride. Buy a Brooks Saddle and put Grab On&amp;#39;s on your handlebars and you&amp;#39;ll be fine in a t-Shirt and a pair of chinois and toe clips are far simpler than cleats as you can walk off the bike. I&amp;#39;ve never worn proper cycling gear before (only really done the commute in chinos with bicycle clips and a t-shirt). Does anyone have any tips?&lt;/p&gt;
