&lt;p&gt;If it was fat soluble, then you could also mix it with a steroid and I suspect would be a great treatment to slap on to hotspots - I would definitely prescribe that on a daily basis, especially if there was a picture of a dog on the packet and it was less than a tenner for a tube.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
