I have a nurses pouch, handy for carrying around all the bits and bobs I need. Working OOH this includes the clinic phones etc, so plenty of space in there. Got mine from ebay for about £8 including postage

Hi Alexa, I bought a pouch called 'Nurse's Joey' in 2008 when I was in final year, I've used it for 6years and it's still going strong! Easy to wash etc.

Mine was a Junior size I think and perfectly adequate for all my bits and pieces - thermometer, mini calculator, pens, scissors etc.

The company is based in Australia and we did a bulk order to save on postage, but if you Google or ebay Nurses Joey you'll find them easier to buy now I think!

I hope the link works - trying to post on my iPhone - if not Google nursing pickpocket. I've never warn one myself but I have heard good things about them and it sounds like it may be suitable for what you're after.
