Mostly red stars :-( Is there any way to make it undone? Are other people encountering the same problem or is it just my clumsy fingers? Maybe if this is a common problem

Re: Rating posts accidently
Why rate anyone's post? If you do not rate then you can avoid the rancour that goes with whoever posts a red or lots of yellow, a like or whatever. Surely you're mature enough to not need the affirmation of others that post - sticks and stones and all that?
First just to show the dangers of a wandering mouse I accidentally 'suggested' your post which I didn't mean to do JGW!

Arlo - is there anyway to un-suggest?

Secondly however JG, I don't disagree with you, I just think that if the starring system is there then red-starrers should be accountable.

I actually very rarely red star anyone and if I do then i immediately post the reason why. It is useful however to be able to 'like' a post if one doesn't have time to answer straight away.

Thirdly, I just wonder if anyone ever gives anything else other than one red or five gold stars - does anyone slightly like or dislike a post? I don't think I ever have, yet few things are black or white most are in the grey range.

Re: Rating posts accidently
Surely you're mature enough to not need the affirmation of others that post - sticks and stones and all that?
Red stars upset me if they are anonymous which, by definition, means there is no stated reason and therefore no body learns as the poster is not challenged.

It is really depressing when one thinks they are right, have been proving it to themselves many times and then the red-star...

Arlo, is it not possible to link a red-star with an accompanying post like what I've just dun?

Nah, can't give meself a red; can only give meself as many golds as I like by refreshing the page.....[ pure bliss!]
