Just wondered if any of you have gained this qualification in the last couple of years and if you would mind me PM'ing you about advice over choosing module combinations etc??
Thanks a lot! Not sure how much help I can be, but just handed in a pile of stuff for a CertAVP in Cattle with Edinburgh.

I see the combinations are a core surgery module then a choice of 3/4 ortho and soft tissue units.

What sort of work and case load do you have?

Have a good look at the different uni offerings.

Edinburgh (for cattle) tell you what they want and then you can get selected bits checked. You work on your own and there is no real 'community'. It suits me but I'm not a social being. Liverpool have started a more structured cattle course that holds your hand through the modules and gives mini deadlines for the essays. I know some people doing that and they prefer it. Whatever suits you, your time, case load and learning style.

Equally there is nothing stopping you doing all the modules, even though that would give you one more than you 'need'.
